500g chicken drumsticks

4 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp tapioca starch

3 tbsp coriander seeds, toasted
Spice Paste

5 cloves garlic

7 shallots

1 piece turmeric, toasted

5g ginger

4 candlenuts, toasted

2 kaffir lime leaves

3 tsp salt

2 tsp seasoning powder

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp oil
Savory Rice

3–4 servings cooked white rice

1 tbsp margarine
-
5 cloves garlic

6 kaffir lime leaves

1 tsp salt

1 tsp seasoning powder

Directions
Blend all the spice paste ingredients until smooth. Lightly crush the toasted coriander seeds. Split the chicken drumsticks lengthwise so they open up and the bone is exposed.
Prepare the small Ninja Crispi glass container. Marinate the chicken with the spice paste and crushed coriander seeds, then add the cornstarch and tapioca starch.
Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
For the savory rice seasoning, finely chop the garlic and kaffir lime leaves, then mix them with the margarine.
Prepare the large Ninja Crispi glass container. Spread the savory rice seasoning mixture on the bottom, then place the crisper plate on top and arrange the marinated chicken drumsticks.
Cook on Air Fry mode for 30 minutes, flipping the chicken 2–3 times during cooking.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the container. Add the cooked white rice and mix well with the savory rice seasoning at the bottom.
Arrange the chicken on top of the rice and serve with fresh vegetables on the side.
