50–75 g rendang paste/spice mix

1/2 onion, finely chopped

25 g butter

400 ml milk

100 g cooking cream

80 g grated cheddar cheese

150 g mozzarella cheese

Directions
Roast the garlic and butter for 2 minutes.
Add the milk, cooking cream, rendang paste, shredded rendang beef, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and white pepper. Stir until well combined.
Add the fusilli pasta, then roast for 15–20 minutes.
Creamy Rendang Baked Fusilli is ready to serve.
