Ingredients

2 cups canned or cooked corn kernels (fresh or frozen corn also works)

1 1/2 cups water or vegetable broth (for extra flavor)

1/4 cup coconut milk or regular milk (for creaminess)

Directions
Add the corn kernels and water (or vegetable broth) to the Ninja Blast.
Select ‘Blend’ program and blend until smooth and creamy. If you want a thinner soup, add a little more water or broth.
Add the coconut milk or regular milk to the mixture, along with butter or olive oil if desired. Blend again until well combined.
