2 tablespoon of gochujang

20g ginger

20g garlic

30g soy sauce

1 tablespoon of sugar

30g pear (grated)

1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Directions
Marinate by mixing all ingredients in the big batch container.
Let it sit for at least 6 hours.
AIR FRY each side for 5 minutes each.
Serve and enjoy.
