Ingredients
Chicken Ingredients:

300 g boneless chicken thigh fillet, small diced

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
5 shallots, minced
-
5 kar lime leaves, thinly sliced with the ribs removed

5–8 bird’s eye chilies, sliced (to taste)

6 red curly chilies, sliced
-
1 stalk lemongrass, thinly sliced
-
2 tbsp oil/butter (grease the pot with butter)
To Serve:
-
Warm white rice
-
Cucumber / fresh vegetables / calamansi lime (optional)
Seasonings:
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp sugar
-
½ tsp stock powder
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tsp sweet soy sauce

Directions
Prepare the large Ninja CRISPi Container.
Finely chop the garlic, shallots, red curly chilies, bird’s eye chilies, kar lime leaves, and lemongrass, then combine them in the bowl.
Add all the seasonings and mix well.
Add the chicken pieces and mix until evenly coated.
Cook using Air Fry mode for 20 minutes.
With 8 minutes remaining, open, stir, then continue cooking until done.
Serve with warm rice, or add the warm rice directly into the bowl, mix with the chicken, and serve.
