Ingredients

4 slices white bread, large diced
-
200 ml instant coconut milk
-
100 ml milk
-
2 eggs
-
500 g white sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
¼ tsp salt
-
½ tsp pandan paste
-
25 g butter, (for the top layer), cut into small pieces
Toppings (optional):

Toasted desiccated coconut

Powdered sugar

Directions
Prepare the large Ninja CRISPi container.
In the glass container, combine the coconut milk, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, and pandan
paste. Whisk until well combined.
Cut the white bread into cubes, then add them into the liquid mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Spread small pieces of butter over the top.
Cook using Air Fry mode for 20–22 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Serve.
