Ingredients
Filling

2 ripe saba bananas (pisang kepok) or plantains (pisang raja)

40–50 g dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces

3 tbsp roasted peanuts, roughly crushed

A pinch of salt

½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Wrapper

4–6 rice paper sheets

Water, for soaking

Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for brushing

Crushed nuts

Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Greek yogurt (optional)
Directions
Soak the rice paper in water for about 5–8 seconds until softened and pliable.
Place a banana in the center of the rice paper.
Add the dark chocolate and crushed peanuts on top of the banana.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly, like a spring roll.
For extra crispiness and to prevent leaking, use two layers of rice paper.
Arrange the rolls in the Ninja Crispi basket. Optionally, line the basket with a thin sheet of baking paper.
Lightly spray or brush the rolls with oil for a more golden finish.
Air Fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through at around the 6-minute mark for even cooking.
Let them rest for 1–2 minutes after cooking so the chocolate can set slightly and the rice paper becomes crispier.
Serve with a dusting of cocoa powder or crushed nuts. Optionally
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and serve with Greek yogurt on the side.
