70 g fermented cassava (tape singkong), mashed and lightly drained

Directions
Cook the butter until it becomes brown butter, then let it cool until set.
In a bowl, whisk together all Ingredient Group 1 until well combined.
Sift in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the remaining Ingredient Group 2 and mix well.
Shape the dough into balls, arrange them in the Ninja CRISPi glass container, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle Ingredient Group 3 on top, then bake in the Ninja CRISPi using ROAST mode for 25–30 minutes.
