Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes (Cilembu, steamed until tender)

100 ml milk
-
2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
-
1 egg yolk
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 tbsp butter
Brulee Topping:
-
2–3 tbsp granulated sugar (for the caramel layer)

Directions
Peel the steamed sweet potatoes, then mash until smooth.
Add milk, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, and butter. Mix until creamy and smooth.
Pour into CRISPI big glass container.
Use air fryer mode for 10–15 minutes until set.
Sprinkle a thin, even layer of granulated sugar on top.
Air fry again for 3–5 minutes until the sugar melts and forms a crispy caramel layer.
After it is cooked, sprinkle sugar over the sweet potato, then melt the surface using a torch to create a more caramelized brûlée look. Serve and enjoy while warm.
