HotDog Geprek

Ingredients

    Main Ingredients:

    • 3 slices sandwich bread
    • 3 sausages
    • 3 slices cheese
    • Sambel bawang
    • Mayonnaise (optional)
    • Mozzarella cheese, for topping

    Garlic Butter:

    • 3 tbsp melted butter or margarine
    • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
    • 1 tbsp parsley or sliced spring onion
    • A pinch of salt
    • Or ready-made garlic butter spread

    Directions

    1. Prepare the bread and flatten each slice using a rolling pin or bottle.
    2. Add mayonnaise (optional), a slice of cheese, and one sausage onto each bread slice.
    3. Roll the bread tightly and secure with toothpicks.
    4. If not using ready-made garlic butter, combine all garlic butter ingredients in a bowl.
    5. Brush the entire surface of each bread roll with the garlic butter mixture.
    6. Arrange on the tray and top with mozzarella cheese.
    7. Cook using Air Fry Mode on the Ninja Crispi for 10 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
    8. Finish by adding sambal bawang on top.
